Through our strategic partnership with Scala Data Centers, we developed Meris, a groundbreaking platform that transforms and redefines the commissioning process.

Our journey took an exciting turn when we connected with Pedro and i2L Capital, who became our investors and strategic partners, bringing decades of deep industry expertise and world-class professionals to our team. Together, we are building Axioma, the world’s first intelligent, cross-company platform dedicated to quality assurance documentation (to be launched in August 2025).

Our team left IBM to start Coodex, but our partnership has remained stronger than ever. This enduring collaboration inspired the founding of Opwell Consulting, our results-driven consulting unit specifically designed to bridge the execution gap we repeatedly encountered—multimillion-dollar enterprise AI deals frequently failed, not due to lack of demand or technology, but because of a shortage of skilled partners capable of implementing complex AI solutions.
